Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We only accept refunds for defective products or products broken during shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Any refund requested for which we are not liable will be reimbursed after deduction of payment processor fees. The amount deducted may vary based on the payment method utilized and the total order amount. Typically, these fees range between $1 and $2 USD.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, the delay depends on the payment method and your bank.

We regret to inform you that we cannot process any refunds or exchanges for requests made more than 14 days after the date of parcel delivery.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us a message using our contact form..

Order Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order prior to its shipment, please note that payment processor fees will not be refunded. These fees can vary depending on your country, your total order amount, your selected payment method and your payment currency.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

We will give you an address where to ship the returned item once your return is approved. This address depends on your country and your home address.

Returns are free. Note we only accept returns for defective or broken products. Once you return has been received and the malfunctioning approved a new product will be ship to you at our expenses.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
